Expenses
I was trying to keep a running log of my expenses, but it was getting to be
too much work. Becky entered all of the bus related receipts into our
financial software so I could just run a report every so often...
Unfortunately, our laptop crashed and we have not had the energy to reinstall
the financial software and go back and enter in all of the receipts that we have
since that time. I have tried to add in big ticket items as they were
purchased, but I'm sure that I am still missing quite a few here...

The total reflected above is several thousand below what our actual expenses
have been up to this point. We need to go back through all of our receipts
and categorize them to get the correct costs. For now, this is accurate
enough to give you a rough idea of the kind of costs associated with the
conversion process. Of course labor is not considered here.
