We received a big surprise in the mailbox today. Our Aunt Nancy
and Uncle Robert sent us a donation to help keep the bus project moving
along. What perfect timing!
We have been very hampered by the lack of funds to get supplies
lately. With all of the problems with the clutch on the Jeep, we
were faced with no alternative but to put the bus project on hold until
we could get caught back up. This Monday the Jeep is scheduled to
go in and get the entire clutch assembly overhauled. The estimate
for the work is between $650 and $750, so Becky and I had been holding
on to any extra cash to make sure that we could pay for the work and
only be without transportation for a day.
Now that we have some money to dedicate to the bus we can keep moving
forward and get some major work done this month.
