Follow Our Progress

We had to move the bus to dump our tanks. We were still
apprehensive about reverse working or not...
 |
The bus started right up. We ended up
putting in another two gallons of transmission fluid, then
reverse worked wonderfully. |
 |
Every move seems to be an adventure, and after
getting stuck in the ditch we wanted to make sure this move was
documented. Robbyn took some pictures for us - to capture
anything that might go wrong. Murphy's law - nothing
did. |

Gary got the lovely job of dumping the
tanks. Since the valve is on the driver's side of the bus,
we ran the hose under the bus to the dump station. Our
reasoning for this is the windows on the passenger side of the
bus are mostly painted over and insulated - therefore protecting
us from the southern sun. Plus, we had already tilted the
solar panels in this direction and didn't feel like re-adjusting
them. |
